MDVDR grp glamorous brings it with a legendary televised Miles Davis performance. 99% of you won’t even know (or care) who the fuck this genius is, but so what? This is my staff-pick. Besides, odds are…if you’ve ever visited a coffee shop, you’ve probably tapped your feet to this without even knowing. I’ve only seen this broken down into clips on YouTube, so I’m stoked to add this to my DVD collection. The vid sample below features John Coltrane on sax.; you see Miles in the background, smoking it up. Along with many other forms of jazz, he’s credited towards inventing “cool jazz,” a somber take-off from the new orleans-style jazz he grew up with. Take a gander. I’m slowly upping this 2 GB rls to rapidshare for those interested (check back later); I doubt you’ll see this leaked on public trackers since it’s already been 2 days.
