The DEViSE release is MUCH better quality-wise.

Devise release had poor audio and was out of sync.
Noir was also out of sync.
Kamera had CBR audio.

This repack by Kamera has VBR (which is better than CBR) audio and is also in sync.
This is what is says in their NFO:

“Here’s a repack with VBR audio.
Custom subs have been added for the alien speaking parts.”

You’re right, the audio on this is just as funny as the NOIR & DEViSE releases. Too much bass in parts, sounds heavy, like you’re listening to it through knackered speakers. Dont get me wrong, you can hear it all ok, but i’m gonna’ wait for an STG release personally.

Shame no-one has bothered to post whether the new links for the KAmeRA rls has hardcoded subs. I know that the one I grabbed from __prince__ (Post #3) earlier hasn’t got them, but audio is in sync rating 8.5 out of 10 (bit bassy) and video is around a 8.5 out of 10. Greetz to all on the scene :)

This release and all previous releases are shit. Source of audio isn’t a Stereo source, it’s a MONO source turned up way too loud. Used Cool Edit to change the audio channel and re-encoded with LEFT CHANNEL ONLY! Maven used to have the same issues. Line audio was MONO-MIX and was captured in Stereo, causes audio channels to cancel each other out.

ROOKIE MISTAKE! You can’t turn an MONO Source into a STEREO, 2 Channel recording during capture. Capture from the source in MONO then bounce it out to 2 channels.
