For those wanting to hard code the subs use AVIRecomp, fast and efficient at the job :) Devise release is OOS by a few milliseconds, Kamera one appears to be in sync. Subs on two releases are different from each other though….

AVIAddXSubs converts the .srt to .xsub and adds it as a subtitle stream to the .avi video and audio and puts it in .divx container, so it doesn’t need to decode/reencode the video stream, so it only takes a few minutes.
