If you use ConvertXToDVD and select pal for conversion to dvd format it will encode it at 25fps that should then help it be less jerky

This release is 23fps but normal scene release frame rate would be 23.976fps but upping it to 25fps (PAL) should minimise the judder even more as ConvertXTODVD will be adding extra frames (which your eyes wont even notice)
Put it this way to get from point a to b in 15 fps will be jerky increase it to 23 fps it will decrease further 25 fps it should practically be gone. At a push you could try 30 fps but then you are adding a lot of extra frames so for me 25 fps should be ideal
Im running this right now through AVIdemux with a special fps filter that should increase the frame rate to 29 fps, man i hope it works. If it does ill get it out there asap. thanks for all the help Only Me
BTW Only Me, i did as you said and used convertXtoDVD with the Pal setting, it did make the quality slightly better, but all in all not much of an improvement. could this be due to a bad ivtc, it also told me in avidemux that the “index was not up to date”? ive had that happen before and once the index was brought up to date the skipping would cease to exist.
@46 & 47 – Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum – Yes, the retail date is 3 weeks, but 99% of the time, the scene release the movie at least 2 weeks before the retail date, hence the guy saying next week there will be a DVDRip and/or a HDRip. Sorted. Btw, thx for the quality of this release guys, won’t c/l it as my ISP is throwing it’s dummy out for my usage lol

I havent downloaded this release but 2 ways of removing Judder is FRC (Frame Rate Conversion) which you have tried and you say the judder is still there so that leads us to
IVTC (Inverse Telecining) so when done properly, it removes those 6 extra frames. The resulting video file will have a frame rate of 23.976fps.
According to http://www.doom9.org/ivtc-tut.htm repairing bad IVTC files is pretty hard but doable
Depends on whether you want to spend the time on it or wait for a Proper scene release
