that means anytime after the 19th basically, it doesnt say it will be on the 19th.

Stable? Issues? How about the fact that this is probably nothing more than some botnet infested release, like all the others. I would not touch these so called “releases” with a ten foot pole. But others, well enjoy your rootkit and be sure to store your credit card and passwords in your new install so others can enjoy them as well.

Any proof to what you’re talking about?
There are some changes under the hood, this is a massive difference while installing software, for example my creative software installs without changing compatibility mode as well as a few others. At least I’m sure that additions were made on the driver level.
