Is the Crackfix only for use with the Reloaded version – this Retail version says you only need the serials to proceed with full install.
Or is the crackfix needed with this one because Razor forgot some ingame DVD checks?

Gosh why all the confusion. The RAZOR version is final retail. The RELOADED version is supposedly retail from another region or it is beta – which ever it is, doesn’t really matter because the file version of the EXE file on the RELOADED version is older than that of the RAZOR version which means that the RELOADED version won’t allow updates and patches.

You need the RAZOR CRACK FIX because they forgot some ingame checks. SO if you want the version with no probs and no issues – get RAZOR + RAZOR CRACKFIX.

of course RELOADED isn’t retail from another region – if it is – why cant they tell us which region so that way we can get a retail copy from that region and check to see if the exe file version matches the RELOADED version as they claim – so thats bullshit, but RELOADED always act like they are God or something so thats why they make such a bullshit claim.

This is why in my post above, I mention that it doesn’t matter about the beta or the retail from different region – because whether it is one or the other – the UNDISPUTED fact remains that the file version of the RAZOR release is newer than the RELOADED one.

I dunno if it’s me, but I ran into a few issues with the RELOADED version. I can’t find where the symphony is. One of my “opportunities” couldn’t be finished. It said to go to town hall to finish, but … it won’t let me finish the task. :P And how about cooking someone’s favourite meal? I find that sorta strange how it’s always a wish, yet it’s rare to really know anyone’s favourite meal.

The first time I installed the game and used the crack it worked great, I finished playing and turned off my computer. Ever since I have been getting the “Unable to start game – Service intialization failed 0x065d0274″ error every time I attempt to start the game. I updated to the .632 version and still no luck.

Same thing if I mount the DVD instead of using it cracked.

Help? :( wanna play this game so bad!

@Bells – Ok, I got the .iso file. I clicked on it, and it gave me an installation icon with one of the “circle with slash in the middle things” on it. I clicked the install icon and it says something along the lines of “Cannot install The Sims 3 because it is not supported by this architecture”.

Sorry I’m asking so many questions/having so much trouble. I’m pretty new to this.

Unfortunately there isn’t that I personally no off, however if you use the proxy site HideMyAss you can download the next file before the limit is up.

Also I had to unrar my files twice before I got an image, maybe you need to do this?

@Bells – I guess so, I didn’t block anything with my Firewall. That’s why I can’t play now? EA blocked me or something? Any way to make it work again? I have uninstalled it and installed it again many times with no luck, same error every time.

@Korks9328: Probably some registry keys to delete. I don’t know which ones. You’ll need to google for some SecuRom deleter or maybe the SecuRom Uninstaller is enough. But in that case your other SecuRom protected games will stop functioning.

Anyway, NEVER allow ANY of your (not so legally) obtained software to connect anywhere. I know that sentence is too late, but maybe someone else reads this.

1. Click on The Sims 3.app -> show contents.
2. go to /Ressources/trangaming/c_Drive/program Files/Electronic Arts/The sims 3/Game/bin
3. copy those fixed files to the above directory

far out……whatever….when i started the game…the launcher refused to launch game and gave me error…so all i did was used the sims.exe instead of launcher and …viola…game on. not bothering with crackfix…fug it…not going online either or at a later time….fug the expansion….fug it all…razor’s game is the one to get. and thats what i got.

I downloaded the Razor1911 version, I have all the files sitting here, but I’m not familiar with winrar.. can someone tell me what I need to do to unrar the files and how I go about installing this? I have Daemon 3.47 for the ISO image, and I know how to do that, but I’m unsure about everything else.. I’m used to winzip! Is there anyway so that I don’t have to do these individually?

guys, so this is how you install.
you download the files
if they are just type “file” you join them with hjsplit(download on google or sumtin)
if they are archives, unrar them and then join them with hjsplit.
then…you get some files from the unrar.
EITHER way u do it, you should end up with one huge file.
mount it with daemon tools/perimiso
if you cant, then just add “.iso” to the big file name…without the ” though.
install….use the serial numbers there..
using daemon tools is sometimes safer than cracks..your decision though.
IMPORTANT-during install…unplug your internet so it can install properly.
IF SOME CRAP DOWNLOADER APPEARS< decline it cuz it wants to authorize your copy to the government. AND WE HATE THE GOD DAMN GOVERNMENT!!!!!

i did everything correctly
-i downloaded everything
-i unrared everything
-i joined everything,making one big 5 gig file.
-i try to mount it but it dint work/non compatible.
-i added “.iso” to the end of the name.
-mounted it
-went to my omputer to see if it worked.
-i clicked the drive, and it says its either orrupt/non compatible with windows.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG HERE :(
