@matt actually when taking into consideration the prevalence of IE over the others, given that IE is built into the windows operating system, the figures on IE arent very good. especially given that the bulk of the programs users would consist of the elderly and those who dont really use the internet for more than checking emails or facebook, the use of it on sites such as this would be minimal. id say probably below one quarter.
