HERE IS THE STORY OF BOTH MOVIES,
To make a long story short: The Tribe was filmed and completed, but there were problems once the film was completed. They thought they made a bad film (or at least, not the vision they pictured), cast unavailable for reshoots etc.
They remade it as “The Lost Tribe” http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0811124/, with a new cast, change of story etc.
