Slumdog won because of all the hype and “buzz” it has been getting. It’s just an average movie. If you don’t agree, you haven’t seen a lot of great foreign films.

FYI The Academy Awards have always been on an International level… There just happened to be more foreign films this year that were WORTHY… I’m glad Slumdog won, they deserved it. Another well deserved win- but I was surprised he was voted- Sean Penn.. wow, what a performance. I guess the Academy is finally voting based on the actual work- and not the “buzz”.

They need to rename the Academy Awards, to International Academy Awards. Ausie host + best suport actor, Scott best director, Brit best actress, spanish best support actress, Indian best movie, what the f**k america don’t we have enough talent anymore. You global slut.

It’s been a nice experience since i’m sick/wasted and tired.
