The instruction on installation крÑка:
1. Start original LaunchGTAIV.exe for check of date of release.
2. Replace LaunchGTAIV.exe that in archive.
3. Forbid access to the Internet for LaunchGTAIV.exe, GTAIV.exe and RGSC.exe (rockstar games social club) with the help файрвола.
4. Copy paul.dll from archive in a folder with game to (replace)
5. Start LaunchGTAIV.exe
6. It will be started Social club and it will suggest to be registered.
7. Start social club in an offline-mode
8. We play!
