For example in Nordic countries i.e. Sweden 10/10 is standard. Most users in sweden approx 50% of the country have 100/10, 30/30, 24/10 or 100/100 and people are getting 1000/1000 now. It takes approx 3-4 hours to download this movie on 24mbit connection..... I forgot to say that we DO NOT have any restrictions on how mutch we can download. I have downloaded 10 TiB so far this month... yeah its 10x204GiG... probably as mutch data as your town have DL so far ;) rofl Not everyone have a bad connection.
