Ben Carson (Kiefer Sutherland) is an ex-cop dealing with post-traumatic stress syndrome, who takes a job as a night watchman at an old luxury department store that was burned in a large fire. These entities begin to pursue him and his family, watching them through all reflective surfaces Ben’s family is near. The audio is REALLY bad. In the quiet scenes(which the sample is) it is alright, barely noticeable, but whenever the music kicks in or loud noises the whole thing distorts terribly. Better than nothing of course but I’m surprised that no one has made this clear yet.

I never saw this come out before. Anyone have a solution? Sorry if it’s a n00b question, but I can’t unpack. Tried starting with every file I got, but it still won’t extract and I don’t want to download the whole thing again. It’s not that I don’t have time, it’s that I just don’t want to. :)
